No Pain, No Gain

Learning to walk for Miles has not been without his share of falls. I received a call at work today to let me know that he had "taken a tumble" outside and hit his face on the sidewalk. He's got some scratches on his forehead, nose, and arm. He teacher said that he was being loved on and that he was fine. She just didn't want me to be alarmed when I picked him up.


The pictures don't really do it justice. He looks pretty banged up. It hasn't slowed him down a bit. He's actually walking more tonight than ever. He was so cautious for so long. Maybe he figured if that's the worst that can happen he'll be okay.
