This is the party crew. They had baseball practice right before the party, so they came over directly from practice. I thought that might be the most convenient for the parents and that the boys might like to swim after getting hot at practice.
I thought a few parents might stay, but we were the only adults. Several parents were able to go on a date since it was a 3 hour party.
There was corn hole...
and basketball...
and lots of swimming...
Miles didn't want a cake or cupcakes, so I did a random tray of cookies, brownies, and mini cupcakes. It made singing, candles, and serving super easy. They devoured most of it in minutes.
After everyone left, he sat down to open presents. This age consists of cash in envelopes and homemade cards. He racked up from his generous friends and their parents.
He had a good time and hopefully his friends did too.
