Miles is 13 today and we have celebrated all weekend! My blogging app is not cooperating, so I only have pictures from today. He and Darrin went to the movies on Friday night and he had a fun swim party with this baseball team last night. This morning he woke up to presents before church. He was very happy with some new baseballs to practice with.
He also got some corn hole bags which was the one thing he kind of expected. He and Darrin played a lot this afternoon and they say they make a big difference.
We also got him a dart board which he had never mentioned. It was a little bit of a gamble, but I thought it would be fun for the family. So far, it's been a big hit.
We had a great afternoon with the grandparents. Poppyseed chicken and lots of play time outside.
Miles has already become very good at darts. Me, not so much, but I think it's fun. I wasn't sure Carson would be able to play because the board is kind of high, but he surprised us all. He throws better than I do.
The guys got in the pool while the ladies talked. It was a very active day and now we are all chilling and getting ready for another day of school and work.
It sure is fun watching Miles grow and mature. It's crazy to think that he's a teenager now. So many fun firsts coming up and we are here for it! We love you, Miles! Keep doing you :)
