Ten things from our weekend.
1) My mom feed the boys dinner on Friday night while Darrin worked and I went to the gym.
It gave me a chance to work out, took care of dinner, and kept the house clean because we didn't have to cook. So helpful!
2) Miles had some fans at his tournament on Saturday. We thought it was going to be a pretty day at the ballpark, but in true baseball fashion it was colder than we imagined. The wind blew all day and I ended up in my sleeping bag during the championship game.
3) Aunt Lynda gives the boys money every time she sees them. I either let them spend it if they want something or put it in their savings account. They bought candy with it this time.
4) Twinning with my baseball mom friends.
5) It was a long day at the baseball field for Carson. By the end of the night, he was sitting by himself crying. He was a trooper, but it was a long, one day tournament. One of the baseball brothers is so nice to play with him.
6) Steve goes everywhere with Carson these days. He even sits at breakfast.
7) This is getting painful.
8) Miles had a really good day hitting. It was a great way to start the season. We were so happy for him.
9) The boys won the tournament! I've said it a hundred times, but I love these boys and their parents so much.
10) We were all in the kitchen together for breakfast on Saturday. Nothing makes Darrin happier! He's usually making breakfast and everyone is running around, eating in shifts. This was a rare occasion where everyone ended up eating at the same time.
The one day tournament on Saturday allowed up to rest a little today and prep for the week. We are ready to tackle practices for 3 teams, work, and church!
