Weekend Wrap Up

The boys woke me up with big smiles to tell me Happy Mother's Day.

They gave me pretty flowers and sweet cards.

However, the flowers weren't a surprise b/c Carson showed me where they were hidden while Darrin and Miles were fishing on Saturday :) Miles was disappointed b/c he said they were supposed to be a surprise. I told him that technically I was still surprised, just a day early.

The real present was when they played Legos together for a solid hour without fighting.

Carson and I made our Lego family over the weekend...except Darrin was Steve from Minecraft b/c it was perfect.

He put Granny & Pa on the tractor (probably b/c Pa has a tractor) and Marmee is standing next to the tractor.

I think I was made to be a boy mom.

We were able to see Darrin's mom yesterday...

And we called my mom. We hope to see her next weekend after a long three months of quarantine.

We are very thankful for our moms and especially b/c they are wonderful grandmothers! It was a beautiful weekend and we soaked up lots of fun in the sun. The boys even got me to go fishing with them twice. I'll share pics later this week. It was a great Mother's Day!
