I finally got my picture transferring system working, so I thought I'd share 10 pics from our weekend.
We took the boys to a local pizza place on Friday. The pizza is terrible, but they have a small arcade where you can play games and get tickets for prices, similar to Chuck E Cheese.
Everything about this place is dreadful, except the price. We sucked it up and went for the boys. On the way home, Miles thanked us several times and said it was one of the best nights of his life. Who knew.
Darrin had to leave before the kids woke up on Saturday. I put Carson in bed with me after he woke up and bought myself a few extra minutes. I stayed up late Friday night getting stuff done around the house so I wouldn't have to do it over the weekend and I was exhausted when I woke up.
I had to manage Carson by myself during Miles' game. I hooked him up in the corner with his movie, popcorn, sippy cup, and cars. He was very good until the very end.
He was so proud to bring his 'pack pack' to the game.
Miles' team lost in overtime. It was a close game and the most competitive game they've played all season.
Miles had a good game. He was not happy at all about the loss.
Miles went with me to get my nails done. The way he crosses his legs like a grown man will never get old to me.
Several kids from his baseball team formed a travel basketball team. We didn't present it as an option to him or I'm sure he would have wanted to play too. We went to watch and support them on Saturday. He sat on the bench during the game. Of course he wants to play next year. I don't know if I can handle two travel sports, especially during Darrin's recruiting season. We'll just have to see.
I walked in the kitchen to find this...
Carson was Super Bowl ready for church on Sunday!
