Less Words Wednesday

One of my favorite pictures from our weekend. He's the best dad.

Darrin took Miles and Mason fishing. Miles didn't catch anything, but he was so excited that Mason caught three fish.

The boys are loving swimming every night. Carson has become so comfortable with the water. He loves to go under the water now and find diving sticks.

Our garden is growing! The lettuce is ready next time we make a salad. So far, we think the garden boxes are going to be a great move.

We had a fun weekend of baseball. The boys came in second place which made for a late night getting home (midnight to be exact), but it was worth it.

He soaks up every word from his coaches.

These boys are pretty fierce on the ball field, especially for 10 year olds :)

Still loves to test out all the mowers in front of Tractor Supply and Lowes.

Miles and Mason have been begging for a sleepover. They are easy and you hardly know they are in the house. I gave them a 1am bedtime and set an alarm for 1:10am. When I went to check on them, they had made pallets on the floor and had all the lights out. Miles was already asleep and Mason was getting there.

Miles' arm hurt this weekend during the games, so Darrin took him to the trainer at Union. She said it appears to be tendonitis and gave him some icing and stretching instructions. I really felt bad for him b/c I could tell he was in pain. I sure hope he feels better this weekend.

So much size disparity at this age :) It looks like Miles was scared, but he got in there.

Our neighbor brought us a warm pie and told us to wait until it cooled before we cut it. The waiting was torture for the boys.

Carson got a haircut today and he loves it. I've never seen a kid love a haircut so much.
